A Rotherham schoolgirl's gone viral online after rewriting a song to thank the NHS for its work tackling coronavirus.

12 year old Faith Kiera, who lives in Dinnington, wrote new words for Andra Day's Rise Up after being inspired for the Clap for Carers on Thursday night.

The video's now had more than a quarter of a million views on Facebook.

She told us why she wanted to do it:

"I think the NHS are absolutely amazing and they deserve all the love they can get at this time. They're working really hard to support everyone and I'm sure like it's felt like they want to quit at some times but they haven't and I think that's really special.

"If I could say one thing to the NHS I'd say thank you for all your efforts, you're amazing and we all appreciate your hard work and the sacrifices you're making more than you could ever imagine."
