Police release e-fit following indecent exposure incident in Rotherham

South Yorkshire Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to in connection with the indecent exposure of a man in Rotherham.

Officers were first alerted to a man on Masborough Street in the town at 10:45am on August 13th.

According to reports, the man had been stood on the road before exposing himself to pedestrians passing by.

The man was said to be stood next to a minivan, believed to be an off-shade of white, as he carried out the offence.

Police are hoping that the e-fit will help the public recognise the man.

Describing the suspect, the force said he is said to be white, 5foot 7ins tall and in his early 40s. He was reported to be wearing grey trousers and a blue shirt.

Enquiries have since been launched following the incident, with reports from local people in the area generating the e-fit that was released.

Police have urged anyone who may recognise the man to get in touch as soon as possible as it may help in their investigations.
