Police launch appeal for witnesses after pedestrian dies
The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police are appealing for information following a fatal road traffic collision in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called at around 3:30am following reports of a road traffic collision on Barnsley Road, Scawsby.
On arrival, officers discovered a 33 year old female pedestrian had been in collision with a van, she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
