Police appeal after collision in Doncaster

South Yorkshire Police are appealing for information after a collision in Denaby Main, Doncaster yesterday evening.

Shortly after 8.30pm, a black BMW 1 Series was travelling along Bolton Road when they were in collision with a quad bike.

The rider of the quad bike, a 21-year-old man, suffered serious head injuries in the collision and was airlifted to hospital.

The South Yorkshire force said:

"The driver of the BMW did not stay at the scene and enquiries are now ongoing to trace them.

"We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, including anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage. We’d also like to speak to anyone who saw either vehicle prior to the collision."
