Man dies in Rotherham flat fire

A man has died in a serious flat fire in Rotherham.

Four fire engines - from Rotherham, Elm Lane, Parkway and Central fire stations - were called out to Hill Top Lane in Kimberworth last night.

Neighbours had to be evacuated while crews dealt with the blaze, which is now out.

A multi-agency investigation is taking place into what caused it.
