Man dies and two injured after Rotherham crash

A man has died after a crash in Rotherham during which two other people were seriously injured.

Police were called to a collision between two vehicles, a grey Hyundai IX20 and a black Honda Civic, on West Bawtry Road at 9:24pm last night (November 3).

A man in his 20s, who was a passenger in the Honda, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the car, a 26 year old man, is seriously injured in hospital.

The Hyundai driver, a 57-year-old man, suffered potentially life-threatening injuries and is also undergoing treatment.

Investigations are ongoing.
