Investigation after stabbing in Sheffield
Police say an 18-year-old has been injured
An investigation is underway after a stabbing in Sheffield over the weekend.
An 18-year-old is in a serious condition after an incident on Sharrow Lane on Saturday evening.
South Yorkshire Police said:
"We were called to Sharrow Lane Saturday evening (27 January) around 5pm following reports of a man being stabbed.
"The victim, an 18-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
"An investigation is underway to identify those responsible and anyone with information is asked to get in touch online, via live chat or by calling 101 quoting incident number 667 of 27 January 2024."
