Doncaster road shut due to obstruction

We are being asked to avoid part of Trafford Way in Doncaster this morning as a road is blocked.

Traffic is building in the area.

South Yorkshire Police said:

"Please be aware that part of Trafford Way, Doncaster is currently closed due to reports of an obstruction in the road.

"The Northbound carriage under the Frenchgate Tunnel is currently affected.

"We are asking members of the public to avoid the area and plan alternative routes if possible. Thank you."
