A third-party logistics and haulage company in South Yorkshire insist they're keen to 'do their little bit' when it comes to helping victims of the Ukraine crisis.

The Carlton Forest Group are aiming to take around 750 boxes of key supplies to Poland next week for any Ukrainian refugees there.

Graham White works for the Doncaster based organisation.

We asked him what type of items they've been gathering:

"The Polish Government say they are particularly in need of supplies for women and children.

"That's stuff like nappies, formulas, first aid essentials, deodorants, wipes and other toiletries.

"We're really pleased to be playing our part in supporting Ukrainian refugees."

Mr. White says most people in Doncaster are 'extremely motivated' by the prospect of assisting those in need:

"We get the feeling that Doncaster is certainly leading the way when it comes to this level of support for Ukrainian refugees.

"The Carlton Forest Group are just glad to be able to help with these efforts in the town."
