Emergency services are this morning dealing with a chemical leak at Doncaster Dome.

The South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service was called out at 5am today (Sunday 22 May 2022) to reports of an issue with what's believed to be ammonia.

South Yorkshire Police say the risk to the public is extremely low but are requesting that people who live nearby keep their doors and windows shut at the moment.

They say there's also likely to be road disruption in the Bawtry Road area for some time affecting traffic and buses.
