Barnsley's Westway reopens after fortnight of disruption
The A628 Westway in Barnsley has reopened to traffic this morning following more than a fortnight of disruption.

It was closed following the fire at the old Chicago Rock club.
Contractors who are demolishing the building have reported good progress. The town council says it's working closely with the building owner to ensure health and safety remains the priority during the demolition and clearance phase.
Contractors have dismantled the water tower structure which has meant Westway can reopen in both directions.
A security cordon placed around the site since the fire will remain in place until further notice to minimise any risk of harm to the public.
The road closures affecting Wellington Street and New Street remain in force.
Barnsley Council is thanking the public for their patience as work continues.
