Appeal After Rotherham Crash

Police in Rotherham are appealing for witnesses to a collision that happened on Tuesday night.

Police in Rotherham are appealing for witnesses to a collision that happened on Tuesday night. At around 8.10pm a black Honda Civic and a black Toyota Starlet were travelling along Centenary Way towards Eastwood. The Starlet was involved in a collision with a grey Dacia Sandero and a black Toyota Avensis, who are believed to have been stationary at traffic lights near to the junction with College Road. A 22-year-old man driving the Starlet was taken to hospital with serious injuries. A 22-year-old male passenger from the Starlet and a 53-year-old man driving the Avensis suffered minor injuries. A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop and driving under the influence of drink or drugs. He has been bailed while enquiries continue.
