The Rolling Stones 'Won't Be Able To Stop' Touring

The Rolling Stones say they’ll find it almost impossible to stop touring once they’ve completed their two-night residencies in London and New York.

!Speaking to us at the world premiere of The Stones biopic 'Crossfire Hurricane’ in London’s Leicester Square, Ronnie Wood said the wheels are now in motion for more dates.

“Once this wheel is turning I don’t think it’ll be able to stop,” he told us. “So hopefully the momentum it gathers by doing the O2 and gigs in New York we won’t be able to stop.”

Quizzed further about the tour, legendary axeman Keith Richards was a little less forthcoming, saying: “Don’t pull me into things I don’t know about, I’m just saying ‘potentially’.”

Keith continued that the band are primed for their 02 Arena shows next month: “The band is rocking, we’re ready to go and we’re dying to get in front of people again. This is what I do, do you know what I mean?”

Ronnie also said he’d be up for inviting some music legends to perform with them at their shows: “If Little Richard was well enough to play we’d have him up. Chuck Berry, Fats Domino and modern day people, new people. I’d have Regina Spector up there, I love her music.”
