Adele finally confirms she IS married to her partner Simon Konecki

Adele finally confirmed that she has married her longtime partner Simon Konecki, during a concert in Brisbane, Australia!

The 'When We Were Young' singer was in the middle of belting out her classic tearjerker 'Someone Like You', when she gave the audience a bit of background on how she was feeling when she wrote the ballad.

"I was trying to remember how it was I felt at the beginning of the relationship that inspired that record (sic)," she said. "Because as bad as a break-up can be and as bitter and horrible and messy as it can be, that feeling when you first fall for someone is the best feeling on earth, and I am addicted to that feeling. Obviously, I can't go through with those feelings because I'm married now."

So the rumours are true! Adele first sparked off the suspicion at the Grammy Awards, when she accepted the award for Album of the Year:

"My husband, my son, you're the only reason I do it," she said through tears. However according to People.com, after the show Adele began referring to Simon again as her 'partner'.

Adele and Simon, the CEO of a charity called Drop4Drop, have been together since 2011 and are parents to four-year-old son Angelo.
