Ten years after Mamma Mia! The Movie, the sequel is here with an all-new original musical based on ABBA's songs, and we can't stop singing along! The new trailer features loads of classic songs from the Swedish group and returns to the magical Greek island of Kalokairi, the setting of the first film.
This time around we see the returning cast members Meryl Streep as Donna, Julie Walters as Rosie and Christine Baranski as Tanya, joined by new additions such as Lily James (Cinderella, Baby Driver).
Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper reunite as Sophie and Sky, while Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgård and Colin Firth return to play Sophie’s three possible dads: Sam, Bill and Harry.
Mamma Mia! The Movie goes back and forth in time to show how relationships forged in the past resonate in the present, take a look at the full trailer below.
Already, the fans have been excitedly commenting on the new trailer, saying they can't wait for the film to come out.
Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is the sequel to Mamma Mia! The Movie which was released in 2008. The hugely popular film was based on the musical of the same name and was based on pop songs by ABBA, including the title track 'Mamma Mia', along with their hits including 'Dancing Queen' and 'The Winner Takes It All'.
