TWO MORE Dancing On Ice pairings have been revealed

Following yesterday's news of the first two pairings for Dancing On Ice - Jane Danson and Sylvain Longchambon and Saara Aalto and Hamish Gaman - two more pairings have been announced. Now, the celebrity skating partners for Alexandra Schauman and Brianne Delcourt have been revealed.

Professional ballroom dancer James Jordan we been paired up with Alexandra, whilst former Neighbours actor and comedian Mark Little will be with Brianne Delcourt. James couldn't contain his excitement, taking to Twitter to post a funny photo saying, 'So yesterday I met my @dancingonice pro partner. She is lovely and an amazing skater and teacher. As you can see below Very excited!!!'

According to ITV, both sets of couples are now in training in preparation for the new series of Dancing On Ice due to start in January 2019. After a year's break, Alexandra returns to the show, having previously featured in Series 5, 6, 7 and 9, meanwhile, earlier this year Brianne was partnered with Alex Beresford in 2018, finishing in fifth place.

Yesterday (5th November), the first two pairings of the series were revealed to be Jane Danson and Sylvain Longchambon, and Saara Aalto and Hamish Gaman. Corrie legend Jane took to Twitter after the announcement saying, 'Super excited its been announced that my #dancingonice partner is the brilliant @slongchambon 😃absolutely thrilled @realsamia - cant wait 👍⛸'. sic

Hamish also tweeted his excitement at being paired with The X Factor star Saara Aalto, '🎉 ⛸ EXCITING NEWS! ⛸ 🎉 I’d like to introduce you to my new @dancingonice partner... @saaraaalto Who else is excited for the new series? #DancingOnIce #saaraaalto'.

Last month all of the celebrities taking part in the new series were confirmed.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet about the judging line-up, Olympic legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are expected to return, with this year's judges Jason Gardiner and Diversity founder Ashley Banjo.

The actual return date for Dancing On Ice has yet to be confirmed, however, it has been confirmed to be in January 2019.
