Thanks for our Daytrip

In our Summer Grant Round 2014, Cash for Kids supported a local refuge. With your help, Cash for Kids paid for a daytrip to Cleethorpes.

Here is a thank you letter we received from one of the families who attended the trip.

“I just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Cash for Kids. My kids are so excited and looking forward to our trip to Cleethorpes on Friday. Because of your money, my kids and so many other families are going to enjoy a great day out. Some of these kids, including mine, have never seen a beach.

I have been living in a woman's refuge for domestic violence for the past six months. The work they do here for me and so many families has been lifesaving. The daytrip means so much for our children. Thank you so much. I would have liked to thank you on Facebook but it's not safe to do so. Keep up the good work and once again thank you.”
