Published 12th Dec 2016

Ten year old Lillie is on a Mission to ensure that no children go without gifts on Christmas Day and is that passionate about making it happen, Lillie has rallied up her entire school to help collect gifts for Mission Christmas.

Halfway Junior School near Crystal Peaks in Sheffield, have been collecting gifts and toys in the build up to the end of the school term and will be fetching them down to our Mission Christmas HQ at Hallam FM as the school breaks up.

Lillie and her proud mum Gemma, had a chat with Hallam FM presenter Simon Morykin and she said she wanted to beat her target set last year when she collected 100 gifts for Mission Christmas, saying she wanted 1,000!

We're right behind you Lillie! Thank you so much for your dedication and support.

It's not too late to get involved with Mission Christmas, our drop off points are only collecting until Monday, but you can donate a virtual gift by clicking here or text HALLAM to 70808 to donate £5 to Mission Christmas.
