The show was hosted by Hallam FM presenters and Richie Pearson. They introduced the guest of honour, Deputy Lord Mayor Councillor Anne Murphy and her consort, who opened the party with Butterthwaite Road residents Gary and Michael who presented a cheque of their fundraising achievement and paid tribute to everyone involved that made it happen.

Children who attended were offered the opportunity to have the best view in the house thanks to the huge climbing tower provided by health and wellbeing organisation , part of Sheffield City Council, who were also promoting their campaign to reach out to community groups and clubs to become more active.

Fairground rides provided by William Percival’s Farrar’s Funfairs also proved a hit, alongside lots of inflatable fun from Cream Castles, who had the kids bouncing all day on the bouncy castle and tall slide.

The delicious food, including a Queen’s Pie donated by the Topping Pie Company, doughnuts donated by (http://www.timecafebar.co.uk/) of Crystal Peaks barely left any crumbs by the time food had stopped serving!
