Stranger Things cast steal the show on the Emmys red carpet

The boys from popular Netflix show Stranger Things took to the Emmys red carpet with style last night, but sadly the hit TV show failed to take home any awards, despite being up for five.
Four of the young boys who star in the series, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin, were the talk of the town when the arrived in Los Angeles for the Emmy Awards.
Finn Wolfhard and Noah Schnapp both wore a black bow tie and white shirt combination, with Noah wearing a flashy velvet Balmain blazer, and Finn in a classic black tux by Prada.
Meanwhile, not to be outdone by their co-stars, Caleb McLaughlin who plays Lucas, appeared wearing a bright purple, silk tuxedo, while Gaten Matarazzo appeared in a traditional three-piece, dark blue suit from Ted Baker.
Arriving separately, 13-year-old Millie Bobby Brown appeared wearing a beautiful white dress from Calvin Klein by Appointment, topped off with some sparkly, pointed shoes.

While the Stranger Things cast made a huge impression on the red carpet sadly it wasn't their night when they failed to pick up any awards, having been nominated for five, including outstanding drama series, outstanding supporting actor and actress in a drama series, outstanding writing for a drama series, and outstanding directing for a drama series.
They lost out on three occasions to the new TV series The Handmaid's Tale, which stars Elisabeth Moss, who won outstanding lead actress in a drama series.
This time last year Stranger Things had just been released and the young cast took to the stage at the Emmys to perform an amazing rendition of Mark Ronson's 'Uptown Funk' much to everyone's delight.
Following the success of the first season Netflix gave us our first glimpse of Stranger Things 2 teaser trailer during the Superbowl in February, but we had to wait until July before we could get a proper idea of what to expect.
The first trailer for the new season of Stranger Things was revealed in July along with a poster showing the four boys on their bikes looking down the road towards Hawkins and the menacing red monster above it.
