Following today's announcement that Prince William would take on the role of Best Man at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding next month, Kensington Palace posted a super cute photo of the young Princes.

After confirming the Best Man news, the Palace tweeted the photo with the caption, 'The Duke of Cambridge is honoured to have been asked, and is very much looking forward to supporting his brother at St George's Chapel, Windsor on May 19th.'

The photo of young Prince William and Prince Harry received a number of comments with many of the fans saying how 'adorable' and 'cute' it was.

One fan said, 'Love to see the brothers together, they have such a strong bond and it will be an emotional day for William to see Harry take the step towards his other important life long partnership with Meghan. I wish them so much happiness, all of them.X'

Another fan commented, 'Own!! Three times cute! They've supported each other in difficult moments, so both deserve an important role in each other's happy moments too! ❤💙❤'.

Whilst many fans were excited by the photo and the news, a number of fans also seemed to be preoccupied with wanting to know the name of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's most recent arrival.

The couple announced the birth of their third child on Monday, which also happened to be St George's Day. Since Monday there has been a lot of discussion over what the new Prince's name could be, with many bookies slashing the odds on Alexander recently.

Fans on Twitter replied to the Palace's tweet wanting to know the baby's name!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed a baby boy into the world at 11.01am on Monday morning and hours later they took to the steps of the infamous Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
