Louise and Jamie Redknapp have appeared to keep a dignified silence over exactly what went wrong with their 19-year marriage. The former couple, who were granted a divorce in 25 seconds back in December last year, have kept everything very close to their chests.

They've refrained from falling into the trap of posting about each other on social media like so many celebrities - but Louise has now shared a rather cryptic Instagram post, sparking rumours that it's about Jamie.

After reports that Jamie, 44, has allegedly moved on from their relationship with new rumoured girlfriend Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Louise took to Instagram to post a word image that many are convinced is related to him.

Accredited to Colette Werden, it read, "It's OK if you fall down and lose your spark. Just make sure that when you get back up, you rise as the whole damn fire."

Louise's post was inundated with supportive comments from her fans, who posted things like, 'All the yes’s to that 🙌🏻👏🏻✌🏻,' and, 'This is going to be my new quote.'

Another person wrote, 'We all have a falling down at one point in our lives and that can tell a lot about a persons character,' whilst one person added, 'A wonderful quote. One to be remembered every day.'

Despite split rumours initially surfacing back in June last year, Louise did not confirm that she and Jamie had parted ways until October with Louise moving out of their family home, before begin granted a decree nisi in just 25 seconds last December.

She opened up about the split in October, telling Stella magazine that she didn’t want to "continue running around after everyone else", adding that "occasionally promoting a yogurt or doing a little TV presenting job" was not satisfying her.

"I wanted to sing, I wanted to perform," she went on. "I wanted to go back to work on a stage in front of an audience."
