A woman has been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter after the paddleboarding tragedy on the River Cleddau in Haverfordwest.

Police have confirmed that a fourth person has now died after a group of paddleboarders got into trouble last Saturday (October 30).

41 year old Andrea Powell, from Bridgend, had been in a critical condition in hospital following the incident.

The paddle boarders are believed to have got into difficulty after a sudden downpour of rain made conditions in the river suddenly treacherous.
