Wes Burns has withdrawn from the Wales squad to face Finland in their Euro 2024 play-off.

Burns suffered a hamstring injury as Ipswich thrashed Sheffield Wednesday 6-0 in the Championship on Saturday.

Wales have already been hit by defensive injuries ahead of Thursday's play-off semi-final in Cardiff.

Swansea's Ben Cabango withdrew with a calf problem picked up in training ahead of Saturday's South Wales derby against Cardiff, while Wycombe centre-back Joe Low also pulled out through injury.

Uncapped QPR defender Morgan Fox was called up as cover for Cabango, but Wales have not named a replacement for Low or Burns.

The winners of the Wales-Finland semi-final will host Poland or Estonia on March 26 to decide a place at Euro 2024 in Germany this summer.
