Video Appeal For Help From Skewen Residents
Flood water can be seen pouring into homes and down the street in Facebook.

A number of streets have been flooded and a large number of properties are being evacuated.
There have been no reported injuries and South Wales Police are urging people to continue to avoid the area.
Mid an West Wales Fire and Rescue statement: "We are currently in attendance at a localised flooding incident, affecting properties in the Skewen area of Neath.
"South Wales Police and Neath Port Talbot Council are also on scene.
"We urge embers of the public to avoid the area whilst we deal with the incident. Further information will be made available as soon as possible."
