Staff at a Swansea School for pupils with additional learning needs have been left devastated ahead of the new term, after vandals targeted the school gardens.

The polytunnel and planting work done by the pupils at Peny Bryn special school in Morriston was wrecked in the incident, which has been reported to South Wales Police.

We spoke to Headteacher Gethin Sutton who had this message for those responsible:

"Imagine something that you valued or that you valued, or you took pride in or cared about being destroyed for no reason whatsoever.

"That would be emotionally distressing to you and just take a moment to think about how your actions affect others."
