Two men have been arrested on suspicion of dog theft.
Dyfed Powys Police say the pair - aged 31 and 32 from Cardiff - were arrested in Knighton in Powys yesterday morning.
Inspector Gwyndaf Bowen of Dyfed-Powys Police said no animals had been harmed in the incident, and thanked local officers, RPU and ARV teams, and NPAS for their assistance in bringing the incident to a swift closure.
