The excitement is building in the Welsh capital ahead of Taylor Swift's massive Eras date at the Principality Stadium tonight.

The global megastar is heading to Cardiff having already played dates in Edinburgh and Liverpool on the UK leg of the tour.

We spoke to Maggie who is travelling eight hours from Switzerland to be in Cardiff tonight.

She said: "I'm travelling from Lausanne, Switzerland. I have a flight from Geneva and travelling into Gatwick. Then I have a bus into Cardiff which should get me there in the afternoon.

"It should be an eight hour travel day in total.

"I'm super excited to head to Cardiff to see Taylor Swift. It's been a year in the making and I can't believe the day is here!".

There's a warning of travel disruption so fans are being advised to plan their journeys and arrive early.

The M4 will be busier than usual and there will be city centre road closures too.
