Swansea City grass cuttings to be used as compost again
The initiative has happened before.
Grass cuttings from Swansea’s Stadium and training grounds will now be used again as compost.
The club says this new initiative means 100 per cent of all its grass waste will be recycled for the agricultural industry.
Local Recycling company Gavin Griffiths Group says the plan will inspire other sport clubs to make their stadiums sustainable.
