Climate change protester causes traffic tailbacks on busy city road
Traffic has been brought to a standstill in a Swansea suburb this morning (May 1).
A climate change protester has blocked Gower Road by Killay shopping precinct.
Traffic can be seen tailing back past the shops and towards Dunvant.
The man is sat in the middle of the road heading east into Swansea.
He is wearing an A-board. On the front, it reads: "I am terrified our kids will fight each other for food because of the climate crisis."
On the back, it says: "I am terrified for our children's future because of the climate crisis."
Passersby have been seen photographing the man, who is wearing a black hat and face mask.
