Police say 22-year-old Connor O'Halloran has breached his licence conditions

Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate Connor O’Halloran from Pontypool.
The 22-year-old has been recalled to prison.
Officers say he received a 25-month sentence at Cardiff Crown Court, in December 2020, for grievous bodily harm.
He’s been recalled to prison after breaching his licence conditions since his release in June 2022.
