Police investigate racist social media posts about Swansea's Michael Obafemi

South Wales Police is investigating racist social media posts aimed at Swansea striker Michael Obafemi.

The 22-year-old was targeted online after completing a loan move to Burnley at the weekend.

Swansea City say they are "sickened" by the 'vile' language in the posts and are working to identify those responsible adding they'll take the strongest possible action.
