Dyfed-Powys Police say they're investigating the death of a man in his 60s in Lampeter.

Officers were called shortly after 5:00pm on Monday 10th January over a report that a man had been bitten by dogs at a property in the area - he died at the scene.

A woman was arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control, but has since been released under investigation pending further police enquiries.

Police say the three dogs involved have been removed from the property, but they did not fall under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
