South Wales Police say firearms teams have been sent to the scene of an ongoing incident in Cardiff as a "precaution"

They've also issued a Section 60 order for areas surrounding the scene. That gives officers the power to stop and search anyone in the area, in case they are carrying weapons.

Pupils at nearby schools were kept in for their safety according to locals, while police helicopters were also involved.
