Five Arrested After City Assault
Two men, three teens questioned on suspicion of wounding with intent
Two men and three teenagers from Llanelli have been arrested following an assault outside a Swansea leisure centre on Tuesday morning (April 5).
A 49-year-old man was taken to University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff to be treated for his injuries after the attack outside Penyrheol Leisure Centre in Gorseinon.
The five people have been arrested on suspicion of Section 18, wounding with intent. Their ages range from 17 to 34.
A 30 year old and 34 year old have both been bailed for further enquiries. The teenagers - aged 17, 18 and 19 - are still in police custody.
Police say all parties involved are known to each other.
