Police name the victim as 47-year-old Matthew Thomas

A man's been charged with murder after an incident near a South Wales nightclub.
Daniel Pickering, who's 34 and from Hampshire, will appear before Swansea Magistrates Court on Monday, July 17.
He's charged with the murder of Neath man Matthew Thomas. The 47-year-old died in hospital yesterday morning where he'd been in a critical condition.
Detectives are continuing their appeal for anybody who may have information to come forward.
In particular they would like to speak to anybody who may have been inside or outside the Arch Bar and Nightclub in Neath at 12.50am on Friday, July 15, to come forward.
