We've got the intel on Director Paul W.S.Anderson's latest film from the man responsible for the look of Monster Hunter!

Ed Thomas from Swansea has teamed up with Paul and his actress wife Milla on a number of projects over the years. With covid holding up a lot of productions this year, Ed is delighted that the trailer for the movie is finally out. He says "Fans of the game have been waiting for this to hit screens so I hope they love it. We wanted to make sure we were as true to the game as possible."

A release date has been set for December.

" I love getting phone calls off Paul," Ed told us. "You never know where he is going to take you. Having done Resident Evil, now Monster Hunter and in the past Origin the sci-fi show for Left Bank and YouTube. Such great productions. "

Ed went on to say: "They are just fabulous people to work with and so professional. Milla is a real trooper she does so much of her own stunts and brings so much of the fight sequences to the table."

Ed was tasked with finding desert locations - with the movie filmed in South Africa and Namibia.

The crew ended up setting up camp four hours from Cape Town for some of the biggest action sequences. They lived in tents, took their own food and fuel supplies.
