Man suffers serious injuries in Cardiff stabbing

Police were called to Taff Embankment on Saturday evening

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch

A man has been left with serious injuries after a stabbing in Cardiff.

Police were called to Taff Embankment in Grangetown just before 8.30pm on Saturday night.

A 46 year old man remains in hospital.

A 45 year old man - arrested on suspicion of assault - has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

DCI Christine Edmunds said: “We are appealing for anyone who was around Taff Embankment on Saturday night who may have information to please contact us".
