87-year-old man fatally crashes car in Swansea
Police are appealing for witnesses
An 87-year-old man has died after his car crashed into a wall in Swansea on Monday 11 October.
The fatal road traffic accident occurred at 2:30pm on Hopkin Street in Ponterdawe.
The elderly man, who was driving a silver Vauxhall Astra, was pronounced dead at the scene.
South Wales Police announced the news on twitter yesterday evening, and put out an appeal for more information about the incident.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to get in touch, while they're also seeking dash-cam footage from anyone near the scene.
