There is severe disruption to south Wales rail services due to a power failure.

Transport for Wales have issued a 'do not travel' warning.

Some bus replacement services are running.

Services between Cardiff, Swansea and Carmarthen are unable to run, as well between Swansea and Shrewsbury.

The power failure is at Bridgend, with the issues expected to last until at least 1pm.

The train companies have therefore urged customers to travel on Monday afternoon or on Tuesday instead, with tickets purchased for Monday still valid for the next day.
