Leigh Halfpenny will make his first appearance for Wales in 16 months.
The rugby legend will play in their opening rugby union Autumn Nations clash with New Zealand this weekend.
The Scarlets full-back hasn't played for his country since suffering knee ligament damage against Canada last year.
Meanwhile, hooker Ken Owens also returns after injury.
Head coach Wayne Pivac also hands a debut to winger Rio Dyer.
