Gareth Bale Signs For Spurs On Loan
The Wales forward returns to his old club 7 years on.
Gareth Bale is a Tottenham player once again - seven years after leaving north London.
The Wales forward re-joined his old club on a season-long loan deal from Real Madrid.
Bale tells Spurs TV: "It's nice to be back. It's such a special club to me, it's where I made my name and what an amazing club and amazing fans.
"It's just incredible to be back.
"I always thought that when i did leave that one day i would love to come back.
"The opportunity has now arisen and I feel like its a good fit and it's a good time for me. I'm hungry and motivated. I want to do well for the team and I cant wait to get started."
