Fans of pop superstar Harry Styles have been banned from camping outside Cardiff's Principality Stadium - for their own safety - ahead of his gigs in the city later this week.

Organisers say there'll be no place to camp on the grounds after fans did the same thing elsewhere just to get inside first.

Fans have been issued with a security warning ahead of his two-night stint in the Welsh capital this Tuesday and Wednesday - June 20 and 21 - and are asking anyone who will be staying in the city overnight to make sure you have somewhere safe to stay.

A stadium spokesperson said: "We would like to remind fans that there are no facilities for overnight camping at Principality Stadium.

"For safeguarding reasons camping on the stadium footprint is strictly forbidden and queuing will be facilitated on show days only therefore we strongly encourage fans to make alternative arrangements for overnight stays.

"Temporary toilets and first aid provision for fans will be available at Gate One, Three, and Six and we advise fans to stay safe and hydrated in the warm weather."
