Swansea's DVLA is being hit by strike action with some members of the PCS union walking out for two weeks.

It's understood there will be delays to driving licence applications being processed and vehicle tax reminders being sent out.

The industrial action runs from 11th - 25th June with around 100 employees thought to be striking.

The union's calling for what it calls a 'fair pay rise' to help workers deal with the cost of living crisis.

A DVLA spokesperson said: "The quickest and easiest way to deal with DVLA is through our online services which, along with our contact centre, is operating as normal during this period of industrial action."
