Driver suffers serious injuries in M4 crash

A driver is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash on the M4 on Friday afternoon.
The motorway was closed for a number of hours in both directions after the collision between a white Renault Traffic van and a silver Vauxhall Vivaro van.
It happened on the westbound carraigeway between Cardiff Gate and Coryton just after 3 o clock.
Police are asking witnesses to get in touch.
