Disruption expected as Unite members at Welsh Ambulance Service strike
Members of the GMB union suspended their action on Friday
We're being warned of further disruption in the Welsh Ambulance Service as members of the Unite union walk out in their row over pay and working conditions.
Bosses say the service is under 'significant pressure' as staff - including paramedics and call handlers - take industrial action and we're being asked to use the service wisely during today.
GMB members suspended their action planned for today on Friday as they consider a new pay offer from the Welsh Government.
Unions representing nurses, midwives and physiotherapists in Wales have also suspended their action whilst they ballot members on a new pay deal.
