Woman dead after Cardiff fire
Police are investigating a fatal fire at a flat in Conway Road, Cardiff

South Wales Police are currently investigating a fire that broke out in Conway Road, Pontcanna, Cardiff.
The fire has resulted in the death of a woman.
Emergency services were called to the address at approximately 17:34 on Sunday, February 16.
SWFRS was called to a fire on the second floor of a block of residential flats in Pontcanna.
Crews tackled the blaze using specialist equipment and relocated the casualty to another floor to carry out CPR until the ambulance service arrived, however, unfortunately the ambulance crew pronounced the person dead at the scene.
Police are not treating the incident as suspicious at this time.
The woman's next of kin has been informed.
