The British Kebab Awards announces its finalists
Ten Welsh venues are competing to be named the best kebab shop in Wales.

The British Kebab Awards in association with JUST EAT aims to recognise and champion the efforts of local kebab takeaways and restaurants.
The finalists for the award of best kebab house in Wales have been announced today, with the winners being announced on February the 26th at the Park Plaza Westminster Hotel in London.
The finalists are as follows;
Anka Turkish Restaurant = High Street, Bangor
Chip-o-Dee = Borras Street, Wrexham
Golden BBQ = Caerphilly Road, Cardiff
Jalapenos pizza and grill = Caerphilly Road, Cardiff
Pizza Choice = Countisbury Avenue, Llanrumney, Cardiff
Grill & Bake = Corporation Road, Newport
Keyif Restaurant = Glebe Street, Penarth
Marmaris Kebab House = Blackwood
Wales Kebab = Thomas Street, Abertridwr, Caerphilly
Yiannos Fish Bar Mynydd Isa = The Square, Mercia Dr, Mold
According to the British Kebab Awards, the kebab industry is worth over £2.2 billion to the UK economy.
There are also several other categories that have had its finalists announced, such as the best takeaway regionally.
