Ammanford stabbing: 15 year old boy facing no further action

The teenager was arrested in connection with reports of threatening messages

A teenager arrested in connection with a stabbing at a school in Carmarthenshire is facing no further action.

Police questioned the 15 year old over reports of threatening messages following an attack in Ammanford in April.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said:

“The 15-year-old male arrested in Cross Hands during the early hours of Thursday morning (April 25), following reports about threatening messages relating to Ysgol Dyffryn Aman, has been released with no further action following a police investigation.”

A student and two teachers were injured in the incident at Amman Valley School in Ammanford.

A 14 year old girl is due in court later this month charged with three counts of attempted murder.
