Congratulations to Paloma Faith, who has shared one of the most relatable messages announcing her pregnancy. The singer took to Twitter last night (24th September) to reveal the exciting news, as well as confirming she was set to release new music too!
Telling her fans, 'It is with extreme pleasure I announce I am pregnant. I am going to be releasing new music at this time and wanted to feel free in my body as it changes before all our eyes!'
Paloma went on to say, 'I am not a skinny pregnant person and I am also high risk in pregnancy so would like to ask the media not to run after me to get unflattering shots as anxiety is detrimental to me and my baby.'
Opening up to her fans, the singer explains how this baby is, 'so wanted', as it is her sixth round of IVF.
The mum-of-one ended her message explaining, 'Being a mother is the greatest thing thats ever happened to me but I will swell up and I wont "glow"! I intend to be very real about this with you all!' (sic)
Since posting her message fans have been quick to support the singer saying, 'It is great you’re being so honest about this and I wish you all the luck in the world with your pregnancy. I’m an IVF mum too and going through those treatments was so tough but undoubtedly the best thing I ever did. Xxx'
Another fan commented, 'Congratulations sweetie!! IVF is the most stressful thing anyone can go through I wasnt brave enough to go through it once! 2 miscarriages broke me so I wasnt in a state to go through that too. I’m full of admiration that you kept going. So, so happy that you’re pregnant again!!' (sic)
